Program Change
Due to the unforeseen cancellation of EU funds to support the European tour of the Central Asian Youth Orchestra, this project cannot take place this year.
However, we are delighted that, following the enormous success of the National Youth Orchestra of Romania at the Philharmonie at the 2014 festival, we can now present an even younger, but no less excellent orchestra of the National Romanian Youth Music Centre: the Romanian Sinfonietta Orchestra, uniting musicians aged 16 to 20.
Last year, the radio station RBB Kulturradio reported enthusiastically on the excellent performance of Tchaikovsky’s Symphony Pathétique by the National Youth Orchestra of Romania, calling it “one of the best interpretations of this work ever. This was only the festival’s third evening, and already one must ask oneself: how can this be topped?” Please join us in looking forward to the Romanian Sinfonietta Orchestra at Young Euro Classic 2015!
