Young Euro Classic Festival Ensemble China - Germany

Although this year’s Young Euro Classic Festival Ensemble China-Germany is a new ensemble, it is very much based on the firm foundation of the excellent musical cooperation that has in the past two years been such a remarkable feature of the Young Euro Classic Festival Orchestra China-Germany.

Chinese conductor Muhai Tang is once again the man at the helm of this project and it was under his supervision that nine outstanding young Chinese musicians alongside seven of their best young German counterparts from the conservatories in Beijing and Shanghai as well as the music academies in Cologne and Frankfurt gathered in Shanghai to rehearse the highly-varied program. The results were presented in a number of concerts in Chinese cities and now it is the turn of Berlin at the Young Euro Classic Festival.
