Founded in August 2002, the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra of Belarus brings together the most talented students and graduates of music schools in Belarus. The orchestra performs as a symphonic ensemble, with percussion as required, and often works with soloists, composers and writers, including Dmitri Hvorostovski, Michèle Legrand, Demis Russos, Al Bano and the “Tenors of the 21^st Century”. The orchestra has already taken part in numerous festivals and musical events outside Belarus, and is attending the Young Euro Classic festival for the first time.
