The “Korean Young Musicians Orchestra in Germany” is made up of young Korean musicians who live in Germany. Most of them are members of the “Korean Symphony Orchestra in Germany”, founded in 2007 in Dortmund. Many of the orchestra members study at German universities and have won prizes in international music competitions. The musicians establish a link between the Korean and European classical music culture – a unique blend that has already secured them great success in Germany and also in Korea itself.
